Singapore Customer Proposes with a Brian Gavin Signature Hearts and Arrows Diamond…

In May we received an e-mail from a customer in Singapore asking for assistance with the purchase of a Brian Gavin Signature Hearts and Arrows diamond. We covered some of the questions he had on Live Chat and he ended up deciding to buy the diamond only and have it set in Singapore.

When he received the package he wrote in:

Hi Lesley, Just to let u know, I've received the diamond in great timing!! :)Thank you so much!! =) It looks FABULOUS to me!! But… i can't say i know how to tell a good diamond from another just by visual inspection… nor do i have a whole stash of diamonds to compare with! So, i'll be taking it to a trained eye for assessment & will let u know how it goes from there! I'm quite sure it'll turn out ok, probably just a matter of how much above expectations it is! 🙂 Will let u know soon.

We then heard this from him:

Hi Lesley, i've proposed! Everything went well 🙂 Thank you so much for all ur time & effort in helping me make the decision to go with Brian Gavin. she really loved the diamond! 🙂 we haven't taken any photos of the diamond on her finger yet, but if/when we do, i'll send it over to you! 🙂
