Customer Thrilled with his Brian Gavin Customized Martini and Scattered Diamond Engagement Ring…
In July we received an e-mail request from a customer… "Hello, I am starting to narrow down my choices for an engagement ring and someone on Pricescope said to check you guys out before making any final decisions. I am obviously looking at getting the most for my money as most people are in this day and age. I have visited the blog and the forums on pricescope as well have a lot of your work. The work you have done is amazing. I have heard nothing but good about you guys…"
The customer selected a ¾ carat Brian Gavin Signature Hearts and Arrows diamond and loved our Martini Solitaire Setting. He knew that his girlfriend loved the Tiffany Etoile scattered diamond band and asked us if we could incorporate it into the design, using Brian Gavin Signature melee. We e-mailed him the CAD renderings for discussion and approval and created him a beautiful ring.
This is a excerpt of his reaction on receiving the package:
Lesley, As promised, I received my package yesterday evening at FedEx. First off, I want to say wow! That was some fast shipping! Now to the ring….Of course I didn't pull out of the parking lot at FedEx without opening the box, then the inner box, then the envelope, then the tissue wrapping, then the white box, and finally the ring box. At first glance when I opened the ring box, the presentation of the ring was stunning. The martini setting showcased the diamond beautifully. The sun was just starting to set here in Pittsburgh and the bright light was hitting it perfect as I cracked the ring box open. I saw immediate sparkle and fire that really brought out the brilliance of the diamond. It could not be more beautiful, it is everything I imagined and it was so great to finally see it in person. I really could not be any happier with the ring and I wanted to send a special thank you for all of your help and patience with me throughout the process; …I was going to propose in October when we take a trip to NYC, but I think I have changed my mind and have decided to move the proposal up and do it here in our hometown of Pittsburgh; I have a few spots in mind. I will without a doubt send pictures of that and her with the ring after I propose. I have a co-worker whom she does not know reserved to secretly come take pictures at the time of the proposal. I cannot express it enough through email so I will just say it again-Thank you so much for everything Lesley! I will be in touch. –Rich
