Customer is Thrilled with her Rose Gold and Platinum 5 Stone “Nightingale” Band…
Christina e-mailed in almost 3 weeks ago wanting to begin discussions regarding the 5 stone ring she was planning on having us create for her. She worked with Denise and Brian to select her 5 Brian Gavin Signature Hearts and Arrows diamonds. For the setting she decided to go with the Nightingale 5 stone setting with a 14K rose gold shank and a platinum gallery. She had been married 5 years (the 5 stones), she had added two beautiful children to her family (two bezel set diamonds). Her only dilemma was that when she got married she brought her daughter into the marriage. She also wanted her represented so she had us set a secret aquamarine inside the shank. All 5 of them are represented by the 5 diamonds.
On receiving the ring she shared her excitement and sent in the following e-mail:
Dear Brian, Lesley, Denise, and Jamie,
My ring is home!! It is everything I hoped it would be and more. The Diamonds are so beautiful, white and sparkly. Even when I walk in my hall where there is no light, my ring still performs. I am so thankful for your patience with me changing my mind on the first diamonds. It made the experience very pleasant and I am so happy with the diamonds Brian put together for me. I really appreciated the comparison pictures and the guidance in knowing these were in fact the diamonds for me. They far exceed my expectations, and quite honestly I have never seen any diamond, let alone 5 diamonds as beautiful as these. The great thing is they are just the right size, not too much and not too little. I don't detect the graduation in the stones at all, they are pure perfection! The Nightingale setting is just beautiful. The way it shows off my diamonds is awesome. I cannot say enough about the beauty of the rose gold; it is the most perfect color. I am looking forward to having future projects made with the rose gold. Everything from the first call (and the several after), the e-mails, down to the care in your packaging and paperwork was amazing! Thank you so much, I can't wait to work with you all again!
