Brian Gavin Delights Customer with his Custom Diamond Halo Setting for her Swala Tsavorite…

We were excited to hear from Lisa in July when she wrote in inquiring about commissioning us to create a custom halo setting using her 2.95 carat Swala tsavorite. She had purchased a pair of A Cut Above diamond earrings from us previously and was eager to work with us again. This was her first custom ring and gemstone project and she was both excited and nervous!

Jamie worked with her to fine tune all the details of the setting and the CAD rendering was e-mailed to her for approval. Once approved, the ring was cast and then set with our magnificent F/G VS Brian Gavin Signature melee. The actual setting of the tsavorite took a long time as gemstones are much softer than diamonds and need additional care during the setting process. The result was spectacular!
